Born and raised into a family of builders in Dell Rapids, South Dakota, Cortney has witnessed and has become inspired by the tremendous change and growth that has transformed the small town of Dell Rapids. While attending Dell Rapids Public High School her senior year, Cortney decided to get her Real Estate license and after graduation worked for a local agency while attending Southeast Tech for Business. In 2009, Cortney moved to Fort Collins, Colorado where she began her career in Property Management. She worked for some of the top companies including Hamaltin and Zance, McWhinney, IRET, Riverstone and Greystar, the largest management company in the nation. Returning to Dell Rapids in 2015, she has taken the knowledge learned in a career of management in Fort Collins, to segue back into Real Estate and Property Management. Cortney started managing apartments in Dell Rapids and in 2016 started her own Real Estate and Management company. She is here to help with any of your real estate needs.
Kris Langer, a Realtor and a member of the South Dakota House of Representatives, has over 25 years’ experience in the real estate market. Brooke is a South Dakota native and lives in Dell Rapids with her husband, and two children. She joined C&R Real Estate in November 2018, and brings with her over 13 years’ experience in the financial services industry. In addition to helping her clients find the perfect place to call home or making listing their homes as stress-free as possible, Brooke offers a wealth of knowledge on the legal and financial sides or real estate.
Mark is the driving force of Mark Crisp Construction, LLC and Crisp Properties. He oversees all business operations of the construction company. Mark has extensive experience in all fields of construction and small business. Beginning at an early age, Mark expressed interest in the real estate and construction industry, investing in his first property at 18. Instead of attending a traditional secondary school, Marks hard work and motivation helped him excel as becoming a business owner, multi-family property owner and developer. He explored the insurance and real estate fields before starting his current business. In the mid 1990s, Mark decided to become a self-employed contractor and began his own small business in construction and rental property, which soon grew into more rental property and development. After a few years he joined forces with his two sons, Josh and Aaron, who are currently taking on larger roles in the company. His vision for Mark Crisp Construction, LLC, is to provide a one-stop construction service with exceptional building with local tradesmen and labor.
Mark takes a great deal of pride in his work and his reputation, so, he makes sure your home is built correctly and to your satisfaction. He is personally involved with all aspects of the construction process. Mark is not just the owner, but is very hands on, working on the job every day. Mark readily takes care of any warranty work and/or corrections that need to be handled long after the project’s completion. He stands by his work.
Josh has over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry. He started at a young age helping his father but also working alongside other contractors learning different trades. Josh takes on major roles in daily operations, ongoing business decisions as well as strategic planning of the business. He makes sure the job gets done and gets done right. He wants to make sure your new home building experience is enjoyable and seamless.
Aaron has over 10 years’ experience working long side his older brother, Josh, and his father, Mark. Aaron’s attention to detail is second to none. He has mastered the skills framing, millwork and cabinetry. Aaron’s work ethic ensures a quality product from start to finish. Aaron has an Associate’s Degree in Business and is beginning to work on the business’ financial side.
